                    📅 Booking and Payment Policy                
           

Tour Booking Process:

           
                   
  • **Advance Booking:** Customers should book at least 07 days before the departure date, especially for cruise tours (Ha Long) or tours during peak season.
    •                
  • **Confirmation:** After receiving the registration information, Thien Son Travel will send confirmation via email within 04 business hours.
    •                
  • **Payment:**                    
                             
    • Deposit **30%** of the total tour value upon booking confirmation.
      •                        
    • The remaining balance (**70%**) must be paid at least **03 days** before the departure date.
      •                        
    • Payment methods: Bank transfer (recommended) or direct payment at the office.
      •

                    ↩️ Refund, Cancellation, and Change Policy                
           

Cancellation Fee calculated on the total tour value:

           
                   
  • Cancellation 15 days or more prior: No fee. 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
    •                
  • Cancellation 08 - 14 days prior: Cancellation fee **10%** of the total tour price.
    •                
  • Cancellation 03 - 07 days prior: Cancellation fee **30%** of the total tour price (deposit forfeited).
    •                
  • Cancellation within 02 days or no-show: Cancellation fee **100%** of the total tour price.
    •            
           

                **Note:** Tours including cruise services/flight tickets will have a separate cancellation/refund policy according to the service provider's regulations.
